This was originally a hunting lodge on the outskirts of Todi. Kieran Hedigan bought it directly from the family that had owned it for generations.

The property consists of a main house (Casa Padrone), a guest house, vineyard, oak wood, walnut grove and olive tree avenue. It also has a large pool.

The old house was not demolished but fully restored. It has five double bedrooms. The old wine cantina is now the main saloon, warm in winter and cool in summer. The guest house overlooks the vineyard and had 3 bedrooms.

Planning: the house is ready for occupation with heating and air conditioning already installed.

Note that the property also has permission to build four small villas along the drive-way. This permission was granted by the local council as ‘San Benigno’ sits within the Todi City limits.
